If you have Instagram, chances are you've seen at least one swimsuit post. And, if you're the average teenager, you've probably compared your body to someone else's at least once in your life. You may have even gotten a bit emotional about how your body looked, because it wasn't like the models on Instagram. Truth is, it's mostly all positioning, angles & half the time, photoshop.
ALL BODIES ARE BIKINI BODIES
...but yes, I understand wanting to workout & try to achieve a bikini body, especially with spring break right around the corner. For me, working out makes me much more happy & I feel really good after my workout.
Put on a good playlist, grab your water & get in those cute workout sets that I know you have, because I'm about to show you a couple really good at-home workouts that I love!

If you went through the quarantine of corona, I'm pretty sure you tried to do the Chloe Ting ab challenge. Honestly, these videos are really good. They are great for beginners, because they rarely require any equipment. You definitely feel the workout, but it shouldn't be painful.

I think this one is really good. Along with the Chloe ting workout, this one is mostly for an hourglass figure, because I usually workout on the "small waist, bubble butt" part of my body. Remember to strengthen the other parts as well though.
If you're able to go to a gym, I would recommend that as well. I recently started going to my local gym & I actually really like it. I never thought I would like it, because I just used my mat at home & did all of these Youtube workouts. I usually just go with my friends and my boyfriend & it's a lot more fun than working out alone at home. Plus, my boyfriend works out a lot & knows all of the equipment, so he kind of teaches me.
Although I did just recently break my rib, I can still do small exercises. The "Hot Girl Walk" is something you probably have seen if you've been on TikTok within the last month or two. Essentially, the hot girl walk is where you walk at a fast pace every day while you think about what you want to accomplish or achieve. It's practically manifesting, but just thinking instead of saying affirmations. No negative thoughts, whatsoever, because that will come into the play of what you're manifesting.
Honestly, having a "bikini body" is all just thought & opinion. It's all about how you look at yourself. Keep telling yourself you're beautiful & that you have a bikini body, because you are & you do.
