Thinking about supplements? Let me introduce you to my favorites.

Now although supplements aren't FDA approved, many people truly say they help. I have taken a number of different supplements over the past few years, and here are some that I keep taking.

Starting off with Cymbiotika: I have a good amount of Cymbiotika supplements. One of Cymbiotika's most popular products is their Vitamin C with liposomal delivery. I don't know all of the logistics of the term "liposomal delivery," but from what I think I know is that it is a faster way of getting the product absorbed... Most people enjoy this product by either squeezing it into water or directly into their mouth (it kind of tastes like a very strong orange creamsicle mixed with smarties). This product is great, but beware if you have a very sensitive stomach. The vitamin c is from ascorbic acid, with tends to make my stomach a little cuckoo.
The next product I love from them is their Magnesium L-Threonate (also liposomal delivery). This is the only form of Magnesium that can cross the "blood-brain barrier." I love mixing this in with my hot chocolate in the evening to wind myself down for bed. This form of magnesium improves memory, balances mood & should calm your central nervous system. I do really love this product. As of right now, it is probably my #1 product from Cymbiotika.
Going with the brain health train, their Golden Mind is also amazing. I use this for my ADHD, it helps improve focus, boosts cognitive function & calms your central nervous system. It has amazing ingredients such as l-theanine, lion's mane mushroom extract, green tea extract, etc.
I don't want to overload you with a bunch of products & their descriptions, so I will just tell you a couple more good ones without explaining it: Liposomal Vitamin D3 + K2 + CoQ10, Liposomal Vitamin B12 + B6, Liposomal Glutathione. I also just bought their Apple Cider Vinegar capsules, so I am excited to try them.

My favorite supplements that I take are from Mixhers. The brand started with two cousins, Jess & Cody. Jess was telling Cody how bad her PMS symptoms were, so they created HerTime, the product to help decrease your period pain, levels mood swings, eases bloating, etc. I take this product every day, my favorite flavor is "juicy peach refresher."
They now have a huge selection of products for different purposes. Also, Mixhers isn't just for females. Males, feel free to enjoy them, just not HerTime.
My all-time favorite product is HerDigest. It actually just restocked, my favorite flavor is cherry limeade. This product is amazing. It will improve your gut health, aids your metabolism, helps detox, etc. It has ingredients like marshmallow root, licorice root, L-glutamine & more.
They have a new product which is HerBoost x HerHydration. One of the founders, Jess, drinks the two combined as a "Mixhers Mocktail," so they decided to just put it in a pouch together with a serving scooper. I have actually carried this product in my purse the past week, so I can have whenever I want. I actually really love HerBoost, because it is powered with green tea extract for its source of caffeine. Green tea is a great way of getting caffeine without getting jitters & the crash later. Herhydration is also a great way to get hydrated & get that glow. This is a limited edition product, so make sure to go grab some before it runs out!
Another couple products I love are HerGreen, HerMulti, HerPower, & Hernightly. I do have a coupon code for Mixhers, this post is not sponsored at all. You can either use code: Natalieborowy or Natalie15.
Pique tea is another "supplement" brand. I am not sure if I can completely classify them into a supplement category. They have amazing little pouches of goodness. A lot of their products are loose powdered tea, that have amazing benefits. My favorite is the Hibiscus Beauty Elixir. Hibiscus is actually naturally high in vitamin c, so if absorbic acid bothers your stomach, this would be a great option. It promotes calm, supports radiant skin & helps healthy digestion.
They also have a B T Fountain Beauty Electrolyte that I am interested in trying. It has electrolytes and minerals for deep hydration, ceramides + hyaluronic acid to support youthful, dewy skin.
Their Sun Goddess matcha is also pretty good & I am not even a big fan of matcha.
Hum Nutrition also has amazing supplements. I have only tried one of their products, Private Party, which is a probiotic + cranberry supplement to help prevent UTIs & promote healthy pH levels. I would definitely love to try more products from them!
